Friday, November 15
7:00 pm Arrive at Camp HeHoHa & prepare for rehearsal
7:30 pm Rehearsal in the Chapel
9:30 pm Take personal belongings to hostels and rooms
9:45 pm Group activities
11:00 pm Go to bed or socialize (in Chapel)
11:45 pm Hostels/rooms quiet time

Saturday, November 16
Before 8:30 am Ready yourself for the day, return belongings to vehicles
8:30 am Breakfast
9:30 am Rehearsal
12:00 pm Lunch
1:20 pm Rehearsal
3:15 pm Discussion
3:45 pm Tidy up the Chapel, load gear into vehicles, back to your real life
4:15 pm Camp HeHoHa recovers

FEE SCHEDULE (Due by November 5)
Hostel, Chapel & Meals - $55 per person
Single Semi Private Room, Chapel & Meals - $90 per person
Double Semi Private Room, Chapel & Meals - $70 per person
Meals & Chapel (Saturday only) - $25 per person

WATER!! (Particularly if you are sensitive to non-city water)
Inside shoes or slippers
Music Stand
Bedding or Sleeping Bag (hostels only)
Pillow (optional for semi-private rooms)
Munchies to Share
Beverages for yourself

The Camp is short staffed, so please keep your hostels and rooms tidy and clean. In other words, leave them as you find them. [Take a picture if necessary. ;-)] Some people have to leave earlier than others. If you can, please stay and return the Chapel to its original condition. Many hands make light work. There will be an inspection of the complete facility before & after our retreat by Heather D.

The band will be in the Chapel this year. It is our rehearsal space and our socializing space. Please respect the building. There is a bathroom inside the building near the rec hall.
