St. Albert Steel Tailgate Party and Open Ceremonies

We will play for the new St. Albert Steel hockey game at Servus Credit Union Place.
Event is from 3:45 pm until 7:00pm.
Servus Credit Union Place (400 Campbell Road)
3:45 pm - set up (everyone to help)
4:00 pm - warm up
4:30 - 5:30 pm - tailgate performance
5:30 - 6:30 pm - we can enjoy the tailgate party
6:30 pm - head for the arena to get ready to play the National Anthem on the ice
7:00 pm - perform O'Canada (from memory if possible)
7:20ish pm - puck drops
9:00 pm - hockey game over - assist in returning stands, chairs & percussion equipment to ESSMY
9:30 pm - DONE!!!!!!!

Here is some additional information on the St. Albert Steel Tailgate Party. St. Albert recently was awarded a "new" Junior A Hockey Club. September 15 is the first game of the season and the hockey organization is going all out for this game. We were approached to perform O'Canada at the opening ceremonies but also to perform at the Tailgate Party (expected attendance 500-750 at the tailgate party). I've been attending the planning meetings on behalf of the Gerry and the Community Band and this is a great opportunity for more exposure for our community band and it's going to be a lot of fun.
