First Rehearsal Back for Community Band

Start of the 2012/2013 year.

6:15 – 6:55 pm - Registration for Concert Band Members
7:00 – 8:20 pm – Rehearsal for Concert Band
8:30 – 9:00 pm – Registration & Social for Concert & Big Band Members (please ensure that you all pick up your registration package that includes a calendar of events for the season)



Volunteer Opportunities

As members of the St. Albert Community Band it is everyone’s responsibility to assist in various duties to ensure that the community band can carry out the season’s scheduled activities. At registration, there will be a variety of activities for you to sign up for. The Board of Directors’ asks that everyone sign up for a minimum of one of the following activities this season:

· Christmas &/or Spring Concert Set Up
· Christmas &/or Spring Concert Take Down
· Christmas &/or Spring Concert Publicity
· Section Leaders are required for the Saxophone Section & the Low Brass Section

Please note that the community band will have a casino in February 2013 and will require members to assist in the smooth operation of the event, more details to follow in the coming months.
